ManufactureCT: Young Manufacturing Professionals Success Stories Panel

In this panel discussion, we will discuss the paths young leaders in the CT manufacturing industry took, address their challenges, and inspire the Millenial/Gen Z crowd, as well as develop impactful and actionable steps that manufacturers can do right away to attract and retain the next generation of skilled workers.
Topics include:
· What attracts millennial/Gen Z to manufacturing
· How to coach and mentor your millennial employees to keep them engaged
· How best to help millennial employees feel connected, empowered and appreciated
· Various cultural and technological employee benefits that will make the biggest impact to millennial’s (and most other generations).
