CCAT: Kayence Metrology Hands-on Demonstration & Training

Want to measure palm of your hand sized parts up to car sized parts accurately? Don’t want to program a CMM? Join CCAT and Sam Demirjian for some hands-on demonstration Keyence’s XM-5000 Series Handheld CMM. This tool uses touch probes like a CMM and a sophisticated vision system to measure your parts. Easy to use software automatically interprets complex tolerancing feature control frames or standard plus minus dimensions to produce inspection reports. You can even use it for reverse engineering.
Learning Objectives
You will learn the capabilities of the hardware, best practices, and how to use the easy software. There will be time for you to get hands-on with the equipment and try it out. You can also schedule an onsite appointment at your business if you would like to see more or try a challenge part.
