Workforce is a critical issue for CT Manufacturers and navigating the resources available can be daunting.
It’s not enough to post jobs and resumes. Manufacturers need to work with local schools and colleges to develop a workforce of the future. But even that’s not enough. Other organizations such as workforce boards, veterans groups, retired professionals, state programs, etc. need to be engaged to build a sustainable workforce.
